My Acuvue

Visioncare had fragment customer and Health Care Professionals -HCP (Optometrists) support services that caused delays in serving patients efficiently. There were business challenges with regards to delayed lead nurturing for HCPs , personalisation of content and user experience to keep patients engaged with the brand and establish a long term loyalty with it. My Acuvue program encompassed umbrella initiative to over come these business challenges using complex digital technologies like, Salesforce, Mobile apps, APIgee, Google Firebase and Twilio that involved multiple vendors in different geographies spread across different timezone. I played the role of Delivery manager but due to complex nature of this project I had to be "Hands on" to resolve impediments/ challenges and hence took the opportunity to play a hybrid role of a project manager, Scrum master, Business Analyst, Release manager and QA where ever there was a need. The initial MVP was delivered within 3 months followed by planned stabilisation, enhancements roll out across geographies and HCPs stores and countries for next 1 year. As a result the lead nurturing improved and there was a growth of 10-15% Month on month user enrollment growth.
